It was okay, miscommunication on incidental fees for extra days. Could not split payments and mixed room reservations, but made it right. Haven't received full deposit. Back yet. Seen a few small bugs, wasn't pleased for the prices charged! Requested spray or discounted room. Only resort fee do to booking 3rd party! Lovely pool area, slightly outdated amenities.

The hotel is in a great location with ready access to Chelsea, Flatiron, and Koreatown. Short walk to Penn station and MSG! Very clean and well appointed and a very pleasant staff. We enjoyed our long weekend here!
