Our room was okay. Lobby smelled like smoke is my only dislike

I prefer more food options, some people at the essential stores, shows poor professional behavior. All the rest was very acceptable.

Planet Hollywood needs a little update. The pool has limited chairs so get there early or you’ll be uncomfortable sitting for hours on the cement around the pool.

The "manager" at the check in kiosk was rude and not helpful. They try to get you to use the check in kiosk so that you don't have any option for room other than significant upgrade. Room we had was horrible so had to go back down to talk to someone to change it. The helpful lady at front desk said had to talk to the "manager" same one that gave us grief. But did get changed to another room. Shouldn't be that hard.

This place is beautiful! We upgraded our room to the upper floors with a view. The hotel is just gorgeous. Our room had the most beautiful view of the strip. Random thing happened though. We arrived at our room and there were items missing from the mini bar that was probably the mini bottles of wine and missing items from the snack bar. There was also this random dirty wine glass sitting on the counter that no one picked up. We called the front desk to make sure we weren’t charged for the missing items. They apologized and would send someone up. They laid 4 clean glasses on our counter, but left the dirty one and didn’t replenish the mini bar with more wine. (What are we supposed to drink in the clean wine glasses?) The next day, housekeeping came, beautifully cleaned our room. Again, they left the dirty wine glass there???? It was literally on top of the bar. Please take this dirty wine glass! And they didn’t replenish the mini bar with more wine. What am i supposed to drink in these 4 wine glasses???

My kids and I enjoyed the pool! Our spring break get away was AMAZING!!
