Worst hotel experience ever! The elevator was broken throughout our entire stay, making things extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, the guy at reception tried to charge me twice for the city tax, even though I had already paid it just 10 minutes earlier! Absolutely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here. I will NEVER comeback! I also felt terrible for the poor staff member who had to carry our 23kg luggages from the 3rd floor all the way down to the main floor. Worst experience!

It’s a nice hotel. Nice views if you choose the views! Nice gym if you go to the gym. And food / restaurants in the hotel are really good too. Specially the buffet and the Mexican restaurant (Amaya). I recommend to couples and singles.
