Loved staying at Keio Plaza Hotel.
The staff were very helpful and professional. Pleasantly surprised by their English language capabilities, as thought we’d have more challenges however so many of them could speak and understand English which made it very easy for us.
The hotel is in a great location, near the main train station and major shops; but also many restaurants nearby serving all sorts of food.
Had a 3 bed room in the south tower which was spacious and nice and clean.
Staff throughout the hotel were very courteous and gave high quality customer service.
Would definitely stay here again if/when I return to Tokyo.

The breakfast is excellent and a good deal. I also like the bakery. It's location makes it an excellent "home base" for exploring since the station is across the street. Vet friendly and helpful staff.

Stay at Richmond International was such a breeze. Firstly, our room was comfortable enough to house 2A1C. Next, the food and shopping options were amazing. With Uniqlo just below, it makes lugging all my shopping back to my room for another shopping spree easier. Nearby, we had many breakfast options like Denny’s, Komeda's (my personal favourite,) to typical japanese breakfast of onigiri with miso soup. I love the mix of traditional and modern in the Asakusa area. Definitely coming back here if we were to return!

"This is another the website picture look better than the actual hotel. The room is small and old, just like a motel type. This location you don't want to be out in the evening by yourself. Also too far away from the airport. Over priced too!"
