My family of 3 had a wonderful 3 night stay at Silverland Sakyo. 5 stars on service, location, cleanliness, and accesability. The staff go above and beyond to assist you in anything you need. Sophie-the manager is amazing! She helped us find a local Vietnamese restaurant to go and eat as our first meal in HCMC. We wanted local and she brought us to the local restaurant. She made sure that we would get there ok and even helped us place our order. She’s very hands on and approached us at breakfast to make sure we get what we needed. Amazing service from everyone in Silverland Sakyo. I highly recommend this hotel, and will stay here again if we ever come back to HCMC.

The room is always very clean. You can't beat the breakfast buffet great variety and very fresh. The staff is great and always extremely friendly. Made up my room several times in one day. Have stayed at many different hotels in Saigon always end up back at the Rex. Hotel is located right in the middle of district 12. Within walking distance to just about every attraction. On the square next to the Capitol building always a fun place to walk around at night. Highly recommend the Rex hard to beat the price. Exceptional value. Can always come early and drop off your luggage and check in later. Very safe and secure. Swimming pool is always very clean and never crowded. Always quiet. The rooftop bar is spacious for the great view looking down at the square. Hotel has historical significance which is very interesting to me. Great all around place to stay especially if you are a first-time visitor everyone knows where the Rex is. Close to all the great shopping areas in district 1. If you don't want to walk cab rides (grab) are easily accessible from the Rex and cheap. If you're looking for an adventure take a grab scooter. Don't be surprised when your ride is less than a dollar USD.

The hotel was very well maintained.. It’s a signature of Saigon. Very good customer service and the staff was very friendly. The location is one of the highlights of this hotel , close to many attractions in the city center. Walkable to the river cruise and the markets. I really recommend this hotel to everyone .
