The hotel location is great just 2 mins walk from Tenjin Station Exit 5. The hotel room is quite small if have 2 luggages but the room is clean, new and have Nespresso coffee machine. The staffs were attractive and service is excellent as they help to book a taxi to the airport and send us down to the hotel main road with umbrellas as is raining that day. I hope to stay in this hotel when I go to Fukuoka again.

Very friendly and helpful staff.
The property is slightly dated compared to the official photos. Room condition was good.
There is much raving about the hair dryer but overall amenities are a bit short compared to other hotels in similar range.
I do love the in-room washing machine which is 5-star by itself.
Great location. Easy to get around.
