Amazing stay at the Grand Hyatt, staff were amazing, room was clean and spacious with an amazing view and the amenities were really nice as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Staff were very helpful, pleasant & welcoming. The hotel is next to YuYuan garden, lovely area with lights in the evening, lots of shops nearby for meals & other shopping. Central convenient location for other sights.
The hotel is very clean, our stay of 2 nights was pleasant & comfortable. Robot delivered coffee pods for the keurig coffee machine when we ran out. I would definitely return to stay on our next visit to Shanghai.
