Great value, the hotel and amenities were clean and looked after. The breakfast buffet is very generous. The Onsen was very nice with a lovely ocean view especially at night. My only criticism is it was noisy there with loud people shouting and kids running up and down the hallway and some ill mannered guests talking loudly in the hallway instead of in their rooms. I put that on the guests not taking anyone into consideration though. The people talking loudly for over an hour soon stopped after I stepped out of my room and glared at them until they left.

A Dreamland for Kids and LEGO Lovers! LEGOLAND Japan is truly a dreamland for kids! Everything is LEGO-themed, from the incredible displays to the food, making the entire experience fun, unique and memorable. It’s the perfect place for families, especially those travelling with young children. One of the biggest highlights for our kids was the lifts playing disco music such a fun and unexpected touch! The huge LEGO walls and the food served in creative LEGO shapes made the experience even more special. You can see the thought and creativity that have gone into making every little detail exciting for children. If your kids love LEGO, this place is an absolute must-visit! A fantastic family experience that brings their imagination to life.

We stayed stayed two nights and had an excellent experience. The front desk and concierge staff were helpful. They arranged taxi service, brought our bags to our room, and answered questions about the area. The buffet at the Garden Court resaurant had a variety of offerings and great service. The room was clean and well-appointed. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Kanayama station and shops. We would stay here again.

たまたまベッド下に落とし物が転がってしまい拾おうとしたら…前のお客さんの薬のゴミ、紙くずなどが出てきました。掃除しにくいところとはいえ、落とし物をすることもあるのでたまに掃除してほしいなと思いました。あと、大人5人で宿泊して、２人がベッド、３人が布団でしたが、１枚だけ明らかに薄いせんべい布団でガッカリしました。

This was my 2nd time stay at this hotel. They changed the system to check-in/out to kiosk. But some staff helped me to resolve my issue. I like there’s natural hot springs and breakfast buffet with some local foods. It’s about 10 minutes walk from the station and the castle. It’s not luxurious hotel but convenient.
