We stayed a total of 5 nights and it was a blessing to experience this truly majestic hotel befitting of its 100 years history. Also, very helpful staff, excellent customer service mentality and a nice breakfast spread. We also appreciate the location owing to the close proximity to shopping centres and must see sites like the Opera house, Reunification Place, etc.
The only issue was the wooden bed frame cracked on the final night's. Fortunately, we were not hurt, just shocked. We moved a different room for the night but did not sleep well at all owing to the shock and change of environment. Otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay.
