8.2/10 Very Good! (3,017 reviews)
there was no hot water and we were kept being told that the hot water litter sword in one hour and it was almost 16 hours with no hot water no communication we ended up contacting Expedia and Expedia had to refund our money because they were not communicating with Expedia either - they kept putting us on hold until we would hang up or they would disconnect us every time we were trying to ask about the hot water situation. We had to check out early and leave this property. They really need to work on customer service and communication.

Location was great walking distance to boardwalk/malecon. The food wasn’t that great your only real option was to eat at the buffet because the other restaurants they had you needed to make reservations. Pool filters needed to be replaced or something you can see all the nasty stuff floating in the pools. Ac in room needed work kept ac at 68F and it struggled to get to 72F
