I recently stayed at the Cosmopolitan and overall had a good experience. I was initially given a very nice room on the 59th floor with an amazing view, but unfortunately, when I opened the door, the room wasn’t clean. The staff handled it by moving me to a room on the 49th floor, which wasn’t as nice as i was looking for room at highest floor, but at least it was clean and comfortable. The overall room quality was good — modern, stylish, and well-maintained once I was settled. The staff was decent and handled the issue politely, though I do wish I hadn’t been downgraded. Despite this hiccup, I enjoyed my stay and would still recommend the Cosmopolitan for its great vibe, location, and generally high standards. I’d just double-check the room next time before settling in!

My wife and I was there for our 19th anniversary. Receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. As soon as we open the door of our room, it smelled like wet carpet and lingering moist nasty smell. The toilet sit was old and stained. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor which we had to mop the floor after every shower. Shower door was poorly located an inch away from the shower floor. The veiw from the room was great so we tolerated it all. I will not stay in that hotel again.
