Vĩnh Nguyên Pet-friendly Vacations

Staff was excellent! Everyone we encountered from front desk to room service/maintenance and dining agents were very courteous and helpful! We booked 3 rooms & got there over 2 hours early but not only did they managed to get us checked in to our rooms with minimal wait time, they also upgraded our bookings to all rooms with ocean views. Needless to say, that greatly improved the quality of our visit! Breakfast was an amazing array of quality and delicious international and local options! We didn’t need to eat again until late evening!!! The gym equipments and the swimming pool were also very nice! Despite our one-night stay, I managed to biked 10 minutes in the bike trainer, run 3Km on the treadmill, swam in the ocean across the street for over half an hour before swimming a dozen laps in the roof top pool!! Would definitely stay again next time if I can still afford to do so!! 😅

The property was beautiful, staff were very helpful and very warming and very willing to help with any request. The villas are lovely, pool was clean, the communication to the butlers was very efficient. I chose this villa after my flight was cancelled and was very happy with my choice. My only comment would be that I wished it had some convenience shops to get a variety of small snacks and fruits.

Spa was amazing, room and beach were stunning and I highly recommend you take a trip across to the vinpearl resort to try the scuba diving.

Spa was awesome. Private pool at my villa was spectacular. Ocean view was incredible. Staff super helpful and friendly.

Overall stay was okay great location on the beach some staff we're great others not so much a bit inconsistent. Very nice clean beach and pool, however the rooms are pretty worn and feeling old especially for the cost to stay here.
