Great location to airport and malls.
Nice amenities and restaurant.
Poor front desk check in, long line up, only 3 desks open.
Don't depend on the airport shuttle.
Booked the hotel baseon location and shuttle se.
Told no problem for a 6pm.
When downtown confirm, sorry, its full.
You can go 3 hrs early or cab it.
Not professional and def not guest centered.

Great place to stay with friendly staff. The morning breakfast had tons of options for everyone. Loved getting to know all the staff and how helpful and friendly each one was. If I’m ever in the area again I will definitely stay there.
