Room had flies and a bad smell. Other than that, it was nice.

Excellent staff and unbeatable location, but showing its age We had a good family stay at Centre Point Plus Silom. Every member of staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to help us. - Prime Location: Direct access to a connected mall for food and groceries (Sushiro and MK were great), street stalls right outside, and a quick walk to Sathorn Pier for boat transit. - Spacious Rooms: Huge space for a family of 4, great city views, plus a fridge, microwave, and Japanese toilet. - Good Facilities: Pool, gym, and handy self-service laundry. Things that could be improved - - Impractical Layout: A lot of wasted space, and the bathroom has no frosted glass or privacy partitions between the toilet, shower, and sink. Only one person could use it at a time. - Maintenance: The room feels a bit dated with a faint stale smell. It was very loud due to two noisy AC units. We also had a water leak one night that staff fixed it quickly and apologised with a fruit basket, but it showed signs of poor maintenance. - Elevator Delays: Only two lifts for the building, leading to long waits during peak times. Overall we enjoyed the stay with location and excellent staff making up for the problems.

Feels like a very classy hotel. Everything easy.

De loin le meilleur hôtel 🏆 Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec une délicieuse boisson traditionnelle ainsi qu’un massage de 5 minutes, une attention vraiment agréable qui nous a immédiatement plongés dans l’ambiance chaleureuse et raffinée de l’hôtel. 🏮 L’hôtel possède une ambiance absolument unique, avec une décoration inspirée du Shanghai des années 1930 qui fait penser au film in the Mood for Love 🎬 .Les couleurs, les boiseries, les lanternes et les magnifiques détails décoratifs créent une atmosphère élégante, romantique et hors du temps. Un de mes endroits préférés est sans aucun doute le magnifique pont avec ses 🏮 et ses majestueux poissons koi. Un petit endroit paisible et enchanteur qui ajoute encore plus de charme à l’hôtel. L’emplacement est également exceptionnel : directement au cœur de Yaowarat, entouré de restaurants, de marchés, de petites boutiques et de toute l’effervescence de Chinatown. 🥢🏮 Le personnel est chaleureux les chambres sont confortables tout en conservant le caractère unique de l’hôtel. Une adresse pleine de charme, avec une véritable personnalité et une atmosphère qu’on ne retrouve pas dans un hôtel classique. Une expérience magnifique et mémorable à Bangkok. ❤️🇹🇭🏮 Nous allons définitivement revenir, à la prochaine 🙏

The hotel does not meet the standards of a 5-star establishment; it appears to be closer to a 3-star rating. The property is rather small and dated, and the swimming pool is quite modest in size. The culinary offerings were merely satisfactory. The lower-level accommodations were dimly lit and situated very near the street. I will not be returning for another stay.

The executive happy hour was very good and my wine glass was routinely topped off for the entire 2 hours.

Asked for something nice for my girlfriend’s birthday and they made it a great experience. The staff went above and beyond and I’d go back again.
