Great breakfast but property needs an upgrade and beds very firm, unfortunately air-conditioning not reliable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Onsen great.

The location was excellent for our purposes since we like to walk, we’re not with a group and the sites we were interested in seeing were close by The staff was helpful and we were pleased that the concierge was able to cancel a trip to the island because of the heavy rain. The views from our window were lovely overlooking the mountains and even the castle nearby. However , the room itself lacked the charm of other Japanese hotels we had stayed in. Also , for a hotel this size we expected that there would be a coffee shop or area where we could have a light breakfast and not only have a buffet breakfast available. We ended up walking in heavy rain to finally find a charming restaurant for a light breakfast

We booked this hotel after hearing that our original hotel only had smoking rooms available. This hotel had a great location that was overlooking the river and close to the Hiroshima train station. The room was spacious (for Japan) and the bathroom was large and clean. This hotel had a much more western feel to it than the other eight hotels we stayed at during our stay. We included the breakfast option with our booking was so impressed. This was the best breakfast we had during our whole trip! We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Hiroshima!

Breakfast was buffet with Japanese, (Japanized) Chinese and Western cuisine. Satisfied: Fried Oyster was good. And overall combination. Disappointed: We wanted to make toast but there were strawberry jam, orange jam and margarine but no butter. When we baked croissant in heater, the space between ceiling and croissant was too short, which burnt the top of croissant.

Everything was great and convenient. Breakfast was excellent.

Perfect hotel for our honeymoon. The room had a beautiful view to the sea and nearby islands. The breakfast was very complete consisting of multiple small dishes. Everything was high quality, the rooms, the onsen, the lounge area, etc. Most importantly, the staff and the bartender (Kai) were super helpful and welcoming.
