Excellent hotel in the perfect location in Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious and well equipped. The gym and pools were superb. Also, very helpful and friendly staff.

Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay. The facilities were excellent, everything worked perfectly, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We had no issues at all and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

No body lotion and tap water goes down really slow. Everything else was great. Free fruits and couple of snacks in the room.

Room was not well maintained. My wife found bugs on bed. Sofa has obvious wear out. Space is big, but furnishing feels like one star with poor service. We switched to another hotel as the result.

We had a wonderful stay at The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel. The staff at the reception, concierge, and housekeeping were all exceptionally helpful, friendly, and prompt in providing excellent service. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon snacks and drinks daily from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, which was a lovely and much-appreciated touch. The location is excellent, with many shopping malls, restaurants, and cafés all within walking distance, making it very convenient to explore the Bukit Bintang area. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend The Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur. We would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.

Staff is very humble, good food and nice place to be for holidays

Front seat staff is very friendly and helpful. Room service is not very good. We ask for extra quilt twice, and then we got it.

Impeccable stay - we were made to feel very welcome and staff even left rose petals and cake as we just got engaged! Thanks for a lovely night.
