Jao Island Pet-friendly Vacations

I liked the property provided a rental to use around the island. They also have a shuttle that will transport you to the airport- very convenient on saving time not having to book a ride. A simple yet efficient place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Modala Resort! The breakfast was one of the highlights, offering a great variety of delicious local dishes and delicacies. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The best feature of the resort, though, was the beach—it was clean, beautiful, and perfect for relaxing. Our daughter had the best time playing by the beach and making wonderful memories. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing getaway!

Great experience

Incredible place, we had a fantastic time. I guess we got lucky because on a few dining occasions we were the only ones there which was very special. Everybody did a wonderful job and the pool is magnificent. If you haven’t been there yet you need to get there… The room was perfect. The staff was outstanding. The breakfast and lunch was incredible and the pool beyond magnificent. Right off the main road so you can access transportation easily.

Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the strip of road leading to the entrance of hotel, it is unpaved and bumpy, not taxi friendly .

Rooms were exceptionally clean and staff were incredible. It's an ideal place to stay because it's a 2 min drive or 5 min walk to the hotel from from the airport. I will always stay here when visiting Manila!

It worst resort/ hotel in my life. Do not know why it is called a resort. Old, ragged, outdated. Does not provide wash clothes, did not have pillow covers. Had to ask for them. Large spider in the room. Booked for 4 nights. Stayed one. We had friends at different facility. We got a real resort. Photos are deceiving. Nothing more than indoor camping.
