Everything was great! Nice and clean! Breakfast buffet was definitely worth it and it’s right next to a train station as well as universal studios. Staff was kind and understanding

I didnt use much of the amenities or parking. However, it did meet the needs for my short trip in osaka and for me it was very spacious. Im 315lbs.

Great Hotel, Excellent customer service from the Staff Mr K Sano was very helpful and professional also make sure we had an excellent experience in our stay. The hotel and Mr K sano was so great we even already booked to come back again for the weekend.

I already miss it. This hotel is in a great location. So quiet yet surrounded by gems of bakeries, restaurants, and a short walk to the river walkway. The free water was very much appreciated. The staff cares a lot and were responsive, friendly, and kind. Incredibly professional. I would stay here again. It’s impeccably clean. The only shortfall is the laundry. I don’t think the machines are well-maintained, and the laundry smelled weird. Fortunately there’s a very clean and well rated laundromat nearby.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Great dining (must try restaurant on top floor). Convenient location near stations and markets. Walking distance to Dontonbari. Great Onsen with helpful staff especially for first timers

Staff was very helpful regarding recommendations (food). Grabbing cabs and general help. They have a nightly turn down service if you would like and the room I had was very spacious. Gym had all the essentials and my room was always stocked with free water. About my only gripe was the pillows. A little too firm for my liking. Otherwise, beautiful bar, great room service. Walking distance to lots of great shops and restaurants.

Convenient location to public transport and shopping . Park nearby as well
