Nice location and the building could be or once was nice but the excruciating heat and noise in the rooms was unbearable. The office is only contactable during the day and whilst they make some effort to help it is minimal. The cleanliness and maintenance definitely need work. We booked a large room but only one of the four large windows opened onto a very noisy street. The replacement room offered was on another street, much smaller and just as hot and noisy. Our room was hotter than the hallway outside and the maintenance people even commented on this. Ventilation is wholly absent. Very few sockets in strange places. Various maintenance issues. I recommend the area but stay elsewhere. Keeping rooms at such temperatures should be against the law. Tiny fan supplied but recirculates the hot air.

Very nice boutique hotel, conveniently located not far from the Harbor and other attractions. Very nice and professional staff, with all the amenities and a great breakfast. Excellent experience, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Fantastic hotel location and great breakfasts. Could get an early check-in. I wish the beds were more firm. Staff worked hard at 3AM to arrange a taxi to the airport when the booked taxi did not show up due to the Wold Cup game the earlier night.

The room was just what we needed for a 2 night stay. Everything was so clean throughout, and the staff was excellent. Would definitely stay again. Breakfast was okay. There was an adequate variety of things but the eggs were quite runny and the yogurt was spoiled. Probably wouldn't pay for that again. I will say that the park area, just outside became quite questionable after dark. Went to have a smoke and was offered different dr*gs by 2 different people within 6 minutes.
