Very helpful staff. Very comfortable bed for a good night’s sleep. I was happy with the regulated temperature in the room, especially on the hot summer day when I visited Brussels. Overall, a comfortable stay and a reasonable hotel. Yes, the building and the rooms are a little run down, but they were well maintained nevertheless. It might not be as luxurious as other hotels with the same star rating, but for the price I paid, I thought it was very reasonable.

Bland. Disastrous decor. Indifferent housekeeping quality. Poor facility for electric outlets near bedside.
Breakfast - showed made to order eggs on the signage but unavailable
Lounge- closed at 800pm and not available therefore after a day of sightseeing.
Price paid - not good value for money
