Family travel with 2 adults and 2 young kids. Hotel is in the centre of the downtown financial district with shopping malls nearby including IFC and Super Brand mall. Walking distance to the Shanghai Pearl Tower as well as the Metro station. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Buffet breakfast had a good spread and a bit of everything for everyone. Most staff spoke/understood English and were all super helpful. Only downside was there’s no self serve laundry. My booking included laundry service but limited to 3 pieces per day.

Location is good – right next to Huaihai Road. However, the room has no AC. The staff said April is usually the time to clean the AC units. As a result, the room was hot and it was hard to get a deep sleep. Suggest not booking this place in April if AC is not available.
