The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was well situated to metro stations and shopping and there were abundant restaurants and cafes within walking distance. My only concern is with the bathroom shower curtain; it smelled moldy and should nee see washed or replaced.

Staff was kinds and hotel was clean.

The line for laundry was awful…they need more machines. Also I came from a hotel with a public bath and wish they had one here

All the staffs were very pleasant & delightful, There is USB outlet near headboard of bed but there's no electric AC outlet near the bed. So, We asked for electric extension cord & they brought us extension cord & ADAPTOR within 5 minutes. Location is excellent. Hotel building is connected to Tennoji JR station West Exit. No worries of getting wet from rain. Our room was on 45th floor & view was incredible. Also there is large super market in the basement of the building with huge food court surround supermarket. We really enjoyed staying at Mariott Osaka.

Highly recommend! Close to Osaka station and very friendly staff! We chose the Deluxe Room, 1 King Bed (Miyabi Club Floor) and loved it! Room was clean and spacious. The included breakfast and cocktail hour had great food and drinks!

This place is a gem. Excellent location, friendly staff, fantastic amenities, smart room features, spacious rooms. I strongly recommend Kiyomizu Elite Terrace to anyone wanting to be within walking distance to the best attractions in Kyoto.
