We truly had an amazing 4 night stay, staff super helpful, was easy to forward luggage from previous hotel and then forward onto Osaka through the hotel. Price to send two large bags to Osaka was 7000 jyp onsen was brilliant very easy to use. Every day from 3-5pm free beer at the spa linger which has an amazing view over city. Breakfast was the best I have had as buffet breakfast anywhere loads to choose from and all freshly cooked. Beds comfortable, toilets amazing and shower was very powerful. Free water every day, few pjammas and slippers. Honestly perfect for our staff 300m from subway station station from Kyoto. If you stay other places buses don’t allow you to bring large bags so worked perfectly. 15 min walk to to Nishiki Market and very easy to get around.

Room was very clean but small and lack of storage. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of variety.

This hotel is situated in a very convenient location, close to both Osaka Station and Umeda Station, where you can find all kinds of food in the underground shopping and dining areas. The hotel itself is very clean and provides a public bath for guests staying there. After a long day of walking, the hot bath brings great relaxation to tired bodies. The rooms are spotless, and the features are modern and modernized. The beds are also very comfortable, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel located right next to Parks Namba shopping area and pretty close to Nankai Namba station. The staffs were super helpful and friendly. I upgraded to the Club level room, and it came with the club lounge access which includes breakfast, afternoon snacks and light dinner (sushi)/ Alcohol ( champagne and wine). It was definitely a pleasant surprise! I throughly enjoyed it! The room has huge windows with gorgeous view of Osaka and super clean. Loved it! Only negative thing was super tiny toilet room ( no hand soap, had to take one of body washer from the shower) which is opposite side of the rest of bathroom ( shower, tub and sink) It was so small and almost impossible to use a tiny sink in that cramped space to wash your hands. I'm not a big person, so be prepared to use a small toilet room. Maybe different room has a different setup, but I can only speak for the room I stayed. Overall, I had a great experience! The staff made everything better, extremely professional staffs. Thank you.

This place was pretty awesome. Good location on a cozy small canal full of frogs and lush plants, the room was clean and the host was really cool. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
