The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The hotel was well situated to metro stations and shopping and there were abundant restaurants and cafes within walking distance. My only concern is with the bathroom shower curtain; it smelled moldy and should nee see washed or replaced.

Room was very clean but small and lack of storage. Staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of variety.

The cleanliness of the room was very disappointing. I gave it 2 stars, and I have stayed in 3-star hotels before that were still much cleaner than this one. There was also a very strong cooking smell as soon as we walked into the room, which suggests that many guests cook in the room and that the kitchen has not been cleaned properly. There was dust around the edges of most areas, and the utensils were dirty, so we had to hand wash everything before using them. The beds were also very uncomfortable, which I often find to be the case with accommodations that include kitchen facilities. On the positive side, the washing machine was very useful and convenient. Most of the front desk staff are non-Japanese so everyone can communicate very well in English.

This was the best hotel of our entire trip! We will definitely be coming back!

Good location with easy access to the railway network. Also very close to Osaka Castle.

the service was excellent in breakfast and restaurant, the room was always clean, ask for extra towels instead delivered to my door politely. the breakfast selection was good. At the steakhouse the service and food was good. the hotel location was perfect close to restaurants, Malls and train station.
