During my stay, I can see dust everywhere though the hotel is clean. Then the hotel has a policy where they could not clear out the coin laundary washers even if it is done. So there goes your laundary plan if you encounter inconsiderate users that hog the laundary washers. Staff is helpful, breakfast is excellent, location is great.

The hotel advertised air conditioning, but the room never cooled properly. It stayed only slightly cooler than outside and remained very humid, making it almost impossible to sleep. I asked the staff to check the AC, and while they said it had been fixed, nothing actually changed. After two almost sleepless nights, the lack of a comfortable room completely ruined what should have been an enjoyable stay in the town. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel if you’re visiting during the warmer months as you will get absolutely no respite from the heat.

otel's location is excellent, being just a few minutes' walk from JR Gifu Station, making it very convenient for exploring both Gifu and nearby cities. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for my stay. Although the rooms are compact, they are well designed and offer great value for money.

Shops are close by.

Non-smoking room smelled of smoke and had an ashtray near TV with sign stating smoking in bed is prohibited. Could hear trains during the night when sleeping. Breakfast was two rice ball bento with a bottle of green tea. Good if you need less that 500 calories. Check-in desk not occupied constantly and non-patrons can access lobby and guest floors easily through elevator or stairwell.
