Clean, friendly staff

Great value for the money. I wish they would include at least two bottles of water each day. Come on, water is a basic human necessity and I’d thoroughly afforded to any establishment. I did appreciate the gym. The free shuttle to the metro needs to run more frequently. It often fills up and then you would have to wait 30 minutes for the next ride. If you’re not in line in the lobby you run the risk of not being able to board the next bus out. My wife and I learned to use the octopus card (Metro card) and was very well served by it.

Easy to access anywhere

Great location, very modern, clean rooms, good staff. Close to everything you need. Larger rooms compared to other hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong. Good value for the money.

I stayed at hotel on September 29 and checked out on September 30. I booked and paid US$204.65 through Expedia. However, hotel charged me again HK$1,617. I sent email to hotel to request refund. Hopefully it can pay me back soon.

Botanical Garden near by

Hotel is great for the price but be warned, the hotel on is a famous dry seafood location. It will have a unique dried seafood in the air.

Overall is good and very convenient. But i found the pillows had some bad smell like made u feel not cleaned. Only this I m not satisfied.
