Deluxe Double Room - comfortable stay for 2 nights. Location - outside the city center, nevertheless easy access to bus network and within 10 mins taxi ride to Jeju airport. Plenty of convenience stores within the vicinity. Room - was quiet and very spacious with king size bed and sofa. Bed was medium firm. Shower water pressure was strong. Check-in and check-out is straightforward.

I love everything about the Grand Hyatt Jeju. It has wonderful staff, the rooms are great. We were even upgraded to sea view rooms cause the hotel could not accommodate adjoining room with our parent.
Everything is great except it is too big. It feels like a Las Vegas resort. Crowded and looses some personal charm.
This is no means the fault of the staff, at every point, when I needed help, the staff is 100% helpful. It s more of the hustle and bustle and not an island vibe
