Overall, very nice resort. There may have been a possible short staff during my stay making some of my requests a little delayed. However, this doesn’t take away from the kindness of the staff and willingness to help. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anybody looking for a getaway from a big city especially the pool access room which was very relaxing.

Staff is super friendly, they have a strip with food, bars, and markets about a 5 min walk. Grabs are super cheap to the night bazaar, only a 10 min ride.

Fantastic location, in the best area!!! Rooms were lovely, big, clean and with a balcony. Pool area was cute. Breakfast was ok, but not great. And I had dinner once in the restaurant but I wouldn’t recommend. Staff were all very polite, and fast laundry service!

Located literally around the corner from CNX international airport and next door to the Central Airport Chiang Mai mall. It was an incredible urban oasis with beautiful grounds including a pool and quaint pool side Library/reading room. Parking around the facility so you can leave your vehicle close to your room. The rooms were clean comfortable and large with a/c, bottled water and kettle. The entire facility is mildly aged but the staff shows pride with improving and updating as needed. The entire property is well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful, responding very quickly to an issue with urgency assessing and solving the problem with our comforts in primary concern. We will definitely return to stay at this little gem of Chiang Mai! P. Cappelleri

The hotel itself was gorgeous. The room was pretty basic but was huge and very spacious. Staff were very nice. The hotel was about 40 mins walk from the bars but wasn’t too much of an issue as could get the red Tuk Tuks.

Room was clean and cozy, very quiet as well - we didn’t hear noise from the hallways at all during our stay! Breakfast was great with an omelette/egg station cooked to order and some western options as well as excellent Khao Soi one particular morning. Pool area was small, clean, and quiet and the shaded areas were phenomenal when we needed a break from the heat. Free bicycle rentals to use when we wished, what a nice perk. The best part about this place was the people - everyone was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond. I had come to the front desk to ask for bandaids and was sat down and fully patched up right there! Did not expect that but staff absolutely went above and beyond taking care of us. Would absolutely stay here again when in Chiang Mai next.
