Property is well appointed with excellent location and good facilities, however, below average customer service with mistakes made at check-in and check-out spoilt the overall experience. Hotel caters almost exclusively to Chinese tourists, which is expected, but worth noting that English speaking skills of staff are limited and the food options are also very limited towards local tastes.

We didn’t like the fact that the bar closed at 7.00 pm, too early if you’ve been out for the day.
Lovely room and facilities. Very attentive staff, in particular Patrick, who was extremely helpful.

Staff polite. Hotel rooms all smell
Like cigarettes. And the pool is not really for adult pleasure. Too shallow couldn’t really enjoy. Small pool area for enjoyment
