Outstanding hotel choice! The room was spotless, had two comfortable beds, and allowed us to store luggage free when we arrived too early for check in. The amenities included pajamas, toothbrushes, hairbrushes-incredible customer service. The people working the reception desk were polite and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend this place enough!

We loved our stay. The location, the staff, and the breakfast was well worth it!

Excellent location Lobby was breathtaking

This is my second time stay with them. Everything was perfect except for their shuttle bus service. We have our 2 kids touring the city and ran to the shuttle bus station before the last bus schedule. The driver was still loading people into the bus and he refused to take us even when I showed him our shuttle tickets! We were exhausted after whole day walk around then had to walk again to the taxi stand to grab the cab. We spoke the front desk of the incident right after we got back that night. They said they would investigate and provide feedback. The following morning when we were checking out and were sort of brushed off with a finding is that driver did not know that we wanted to take the shuttle! I emphasized to them that I was showing the hotel shuttle tickets to the driver. But hotel did not follow up with the case or give us the refund for our cab ride either. That’s quite disappointing considering that this is a high standard hotel.

Great location and very convenient for my business needs. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay! Rooms were quite large for Japan standards. Excellent amenities available as well. Seemed to draw in a younger crowd and lots of tourists. Super close to the metro station but a bit awkward in location as we felt we had to get a metro everywhere (except Osaka castle which is walking distance)
