My wife and I had beautiful time visiting Tennomaru. The hotel staff were polite, considerate and treated us with respect during our stay. I recommend all of my friends who visit Japan to make the trip down to Aichi and experience this special place. Come here and you won't be disappointed!

Obviously, this is a US based-hotel group operating in Japan - many of the great niceties and nuances of a Japanese hotel are missing or are off-the-mark. In particular the Sky Lounge was far from being a good value...

まだオープン間もなくホテルそのものも素敵ですが、ホスピタリティーも素晴らしく、大変心地良い時を過ごさせて頂きました。
天空のプールはインフィニティーで街を見下ろせ空を泳いでる気分に、夜は まるで 羽毛に優しく包まれてるかのような気持ち良いガウンを着てベットに入ると、雲の上にいるような気分に。
朝食も美味しく、極上の休日を過ごさせていて頂き感謝です。
唯一残念だったのは 最上階でのディナーの予約が取れなかったことです。
次回は是非 ディナーにも行ってみたいです。
