Jurmo Island Ski Vacations

I really enjoyed my stay at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, clean, modern, and has a really nice atmosphere. Our room was gorgeous, very spacious, modern, and extremely clean. I was definitely impressed with the room and the hotel overall. I also appreciated that the restaurants were reasonably priced, especially for Las Vegas. One of my favorite conveniences was having a pizza place open 24 hours. That was a huge plus, especially after being out late! The pool area was beautiful, and I especially loved the adult pools. My biggest disappointment was how early the pools closed. In Vegas, I definitely expected to be able to enjoy the pool area later in the evening. I was also very disappointed that I couldn’t bring my Fat Tuesday drink into the pool area. I understand hotels have their own policies, but as a guest wanting to relax by the pool with a drink I had already purchased, that was frustrating. Overall, I had a great experience. The beautiful, spacious rooms, cleanliness, modern atmosphere, reasonably priced food, 24-hour pizza, and adult pool area were all highlights. With later pool hours and a little more flexibility regarding outside drinks, my experience would have been even better. I would definitely consider staying here again!

Beautiful historic hotel in a great neighborhood. The lounge and bakery were added bonuses. The only small complaints I have are I wished they had another spot for luggage in the room and a few more nice pillows on the beds. We got a couple pillows from the front desk, but they weren’t as comfy as the two on the bed.

The lady at the check in counter had no personality and seemed like she didn’t care to be working there. No smile and she made comments about how she couldn’t wait to be off work. The fridge in the room smelt of burnt electrical when you opened it and was hot and made a weird buzzing noise. I called maintenance to have it looked at twice but they never came. The staff at the front desk acknowledged that they knew that the fridges do burn up and they will send maintenance to unplug it but it never happened. We paid for parking but our key never worked to leave the parking garage so we had to call the front desk each time. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The casino and restaurants were nice and easy to navigate through.
