Room price was reasonable, clean room, but someone used the toilet bowl before we got to the room, and forgot to flush the toilet thats - point. Overall the room is ok.
But one thing I'm very disappointed is the parking. Very very pricey, even you purchased overnight still very pricey.
Hopefully the owner will lower the price specially for the guest who staying. And one thing it bothered me the most, the smell in the garage was terrible, smell sewer but because the drainage is clog up, so the water stays in the canal and that make the whole garage stink.

Other staff dont like their job i think
Not friendly staff . Washroom is teriblle
Outdated . Soaking wet floor when we check in . Asking 3x for maintenance but no one is attending.
Toilet is clog.
Never check in again on this hotel

The amenities rooftop pool and bar are very nice. That’s the good.
The bed is. I had to pay for actual ice first time at any hotel ever.. literally using a jackhammer construction on the wall behind my bed. See attached video.. They are listed as VIP member at Orbitz and had no idea when I checked in did not give me the upgrade I deserved.. my room was so basic no shampoo one towel, not at all what I expected for the same price as many other options. If you’re staying a few nights for a hotel, many other choices.. long-term maybe if you don’t get a room on the street with construction.
