Great location and hotel. Felt more like a 3 ⭐️ than a 4. Food was fine, room cleaned daily, lots of sun beds in september especially if you go on the adult only solarium or the near the slides. Few negatives...hated the token system, no pool towels provided and all inclusive deunks finish at 11. ...

For the money we spent, we found the people working there to be quite rude and unhelpful. Beds were uncomfortable and it was quite loud at night making it hard to sleep. Water park closed early on a hot day. Not worth it
