I loved the unique location facing the Circos Maximus and the Palatine behind. It's also hidden from the street in a courtyard where you are free from the hustle and bustle. Wonderful location and attentive staff.

L’hôtel est fabuleux. Il est un peu en retrait de la zone très touristique tout en restant à distance de marche des principaux attraits. L’endroit est magnifique et tout près de plusieurs petits restaurants pour le petit déjeuné, le déjeuné et l’apéro. Je recommande!

Quiet idyll in Rome.
What an amazing spot. Both convenient to historic center but tucked away. The staff went out of their way to help us, especially Andrea who enabled us to make onward travel plans. Thank you all.

the most uncomfortable room.
I paid $295 euros for one night. The room was very uncomfortable, it didnt have a sofa or a place to sit and relax, the bathroom shower had mold all around it. The toilet had stains all over. The soap was a joke. It felt like you were staying at a motel. not happy about my experience there. Location was great, the staff were super nice. the Hotel doesnt even have a place to purchase any food or coffee or even water. for almost $300 euros for a presidential suite, you expect much more than what they give you. I hope they improve the conditions of their rooms called the presidential suite because there was nothing close to that.

Kleines Hotel. Lage nah am Kolosseum (15 Minuten zu Fuß). Zimmer in Ordnung. Ausstattung und Service auf nicht so hohem Niveau. Alles in allem ok, aber nicht zu viel zu erwarten. Sehr durchschnittliche Unterkunft, sauber.

Amazingly historic
A wholly unique, jaw dropping location. The building and the courtyard are enchanting. It doesn’t feel like a hotel. It’s more like a room in a museum. Wonderful staff. A truly memorable experience and ideally situated for exploring Rome.

L'établissement est magnifique tant extérieurement qu'intérieurement et la décoration est inhabituelle et splendide. Mais ma chambre '204) est petite, très bruyante car côté rue pavée à grande circulation et la SDB est mal commode. La propreté n'est pas optimale non plus. Dommage car hotel d'exception sinon. et je sais que d'autres chambres sont beaucoup plus spacieuses.

Excellent location, really lovely and helpful staff who were very friendly and provided useful information about things to see and services on offer. We stayed in a lovely room with a great view of Palatine Hill. Breakfast was continental but consisted of croissants, cakes, fruits, cereals etc and was held in a nice room from 07:30-10:30. Maid came every day and did an excellent job, room was very clean.

Прекрасный отель! Музей! Можно фотографироваться везде! Анна на ресепшн - потрясающая женщина, с улыбкой встретила, помогла, рассказала, любезная, веселая. Огромный плюс - окна во двор и тихо всегда, ночью для нас это важно. Парковка на рампе, на территории отеля 25 евро. Обязательно будем рекомендовать отель друзьям и, по возможности, вернемся! Спасибо! Lovely hotel! Museum! You can be photographed everywhere! Anna at the reception is an amazing woman, with a smile met, helped, told, kind, cheerful. A huge plus-Windows in the yard and always quiet, at night for us it is important. Parking on the ramp, on site 25 euros. We will definitely recommend the hotel to friends and, if possible, will return! Thank you!

Court séjour deux trois jours à Rome équipe sur place très disponible et aimable. Ils n'hésiteront pas à se mettre en quatre pour vous donner satisfaction avec le sourire. Proximité avec le centre historique de Rome à deux pas conseil fourni pour les bonnes adresses de restaurants parfait je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Le tout dans un cadre hors du temps vous plongerai dans l'antiquité romaine plus facilement avec une vue imprenable sur le Circo Massimo

Great stay off the path! Comfort in Rome!!
This hotel was a perfect retreat from a busy day in Rome. Located within 10 minutes walk to the Coliseum, it was close enough to be in the action without dealing with all the crowds. The staff was the highlight, as they were accommodating and friendly regardless of the time of day. Anna was especially helpful with finding sites to see and helping call services and translating for me. The room was comfortable with a nice firm bed. The showers and bathroom were perfect with great water pressure. I would recommend this to anyone -- for business or for pleasure.

This is one of the most beautiful hotel buildings I stayed at in Europe. The location is glorious, next to Forum Romanum. Staff was amazing and I will be coming back for sure in the future. The breakfast is well worth buying as it is wonderful and in the form of a buffet. You can eat it in the garden if you prefer but it is lovely indoors too and everywhere is air-conditioned. One slight suggestion for improvement I would have is to have more staff at peak time (9am) during breakfast, as food sometimes would run out and it was not replaced really fast enough.

This hotel is a beautiful oasis at the heart of old Rome. Location is fantastic, the rooms were very nice and quiet. The staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you for a very nice stay.

The beautifully renovated old house very nicely decorated. Friendly staff and very clean. However, the internet was poor and only Italian TV channels (no CNN or BBC)

Hotel pequeño pero muy agradable y muy bien situad
Hotel pequeño muy bien situado muy cerca del Coliseo, una casa antigua muy bien adaptada, la Suite 207 que nos dieron es un espectaculo de habitacion, de 2 pisos con la habitacion en el piso superior y en la parte inferior un salon muy grande con comedor, salon, escritorio y TV. El personal sumamente atento, la limpieza muy buena, y el desayuno muy bueno y abundante. Lo unico que tenia la habitacion es que el baño estaba situado en la planta inferior y la habitacion en la superior, aparte de este detalle todo muy bien. Lo recomiendo ampliamente

You’ll miss a great one if you pass this one up!
Even though you wouldn’t believe it to be the site of a hotel, once you open the gate, it’s like stepping into a storybook courtyard! It was beautiful and if it hadn’t rained we would have been sitting out in the garden area.more. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. We asked for a taxi to be ready early the morning we departed. As it turned out, we were a little early so the attendant just called one for us. Our room window opened up to one of the walls of the Circus Maximus, a building that is over 2700 years old.

Beautiful hotel and great service!
I loved my stay at this hotel. The hotel is in a great location, clean and the customer service is outstanding. The night shift gentleman ( I don’t remember his name) was very nice and helpful with all our needs. He even guided us to the metro station one morning ( he was leaving also), so we could make it in time for our tour. The day shift ladies were very nice and helpful as well. I would definitely go back to this hotel when I come back to the beautiful Rome! Thank you all for your hospitality!

The hotel is absolutely fantastic. Old building decotated by the owners Who are architects. Very well located. Couldn't be better. The only con were the curtains in my room that were smeling.
