When i arrived, the staff don't offer to carry my luggage like any other hotel. I requested for a queen size bed and it was clearly stated on papers, the staff nearly assigned me to a single bed room until i confirmed i want a queen size bed room. It was stated on the booking details that the hotel offers high-speed wireless Internet access, but during my stay i can't even access, as it was explained by the staff that the internet is slow currently. I asked when will i know if the internet connection will be back, they said they will get back to me but never. In the end i had to buy a sim card to get data plan. The breakfast buffet was limited in variety and the food wasn't tasty at all, we ended up eating at nearby food center. We requested to make up our room before going down for breakfast, the room was not make up and we waited till late afternoon for someone to come. The hotel lift looks very old and has a bad smell. Limited TV channels. The room is cozy and comfortable though. 1 day before my departure, i left a message with the front desk staff to book a taxi for tomorrow at 11 am. On the day itself, i changed my mind, i called the front desk to inform them to book the taxi for 11.30 am instead, as i intended to catch more sleep. Through out my sleep, they called me at least 3 times to ask about the taxi booking.
