"Nice hotel in the heart of Banff. Clean, cozy, smells of firewood when you walk in. Easy and free parking, staff were lovely. Nice hot tubs on rooftop making for beautiful views. We stayed in a main floor room and it was a bit noisy as there were trucks parked outside our room. Fridge in room, lemongrass ..."

"There was a lot of construction I wish they had a bench to sit on outside of the front door to wait for our rides I also would have appreciated a small store in the lobby to purchase drinks we had to drive through all the construction to get a soda or a water Other then that the rooms were comfy ..."
