This is truly a 5 star hotel. Quiet, comfortable, luxurious, great people and all the amenities a guest could wish for. Central for shopping and fine dining, it is a go-to place for those seeking the kind of hotel experience that says "special."

We were received with a wonderful smile and an upgraded room. Great start!! The room was a spacious corner room with an amazing view of the harbour. The bed was very comfortable and everything worked very well in the room. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and the hotel provided us with a complimentary slice of cake which was lovely. Our only issue was that the hotel forgot to credit us for our "food credit" on our invoice when we checked out. That has been passed over to Customer Service to resolve and I expect there will be a resolution shortly.

Great location! Right in the core of Lonsdale with shops, restaurants, an outdoor skate rink, the pier, and more right outside your door! It is also surprisingly quiet considering it's in the middle of it all. The staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating. The rooms are modern, clean, and kept up. Dog feiendly, too! I'll be back.

Great stay, room was spacious and clean, Clive's, location. All good.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. It included kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave & dishwasher) living room, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and small dining area. Clean, cozy, room for all of us (3 adults) had all the kitchen things we needed and a view of the harbour. Would definitely book again.
