Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Room spotless and well appointed. Hotel in very convenient location and attached to the PATH for inclement weather days. Love staying here and will return.

Rooms and common areas were exceptionally clean. Bed was very comfortable, and room was well appointed with everything we needed. I appreciated the fact that there was more than two hangers in the closet area. We had limited interaction with staff, they were friendly a professional. For breakfast, we grabbed some pastries from the lobby restaurant. I am 100% certain that they were from Tim Hortons and we paid double what it would have cost at Tim's so while I actually love Timmies croissants, I was disappointed to find that's what the hotel was serving.

We got upgraded to the king suite and it was a great spacious room. The bathroom was also beautiful and clean. The whole experience at this hotel was amazing.

Had great support from the staff, and the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays!

The heated pool was nice cold. Kind of ruined the stay, as I booked this hotel mostly for the location and because it had a pool.

The room is clean.My children enjoyed the pool and the food. We will definitely back someday!
