No microwave. No bath soap or shampoo.habe to ask twice..they did not have any at all in the facility...beakfaat expensive not good selections. Front desk personnel lack of professionalism...we have to take the trash out.etc etc

AC barely worked leaving room stuffy and humid. At leaked water as well. Shower had black mold. Had to ask for ice constantly. No coffee offered. Just ok other than park view

Nice experience. Only thing was the beds are actually full and not queen. Coming from Texas it was an adjustment

We stayed here for our 10 year anniversary. I messaged the property in advance that we was celebrating our anniversary. They left a tiny bottle of wine but no glasses to drink from smh. We paid for the sky view room which is really the only payoff staying here for the view. The room is EXTREMELY tiny even for NYC standards. They even make you pay for bedroom slippers. So perplexing!

Close to all shopping and travel areas. Rooms were clean and available for early check in. Concierge was able to make all of those last-minute reservations will be back.
