The location of Conrad Shanghai is excellent—very convenient with shops nearby. However, the overall experience was disappointing. Check-in was delayed with poor communication, and I was wrongly told I hadn't paid. Despite advance notice, my back-to-back bookings were mishandled, and my daughter’s name was misspelled. The room wasn’t very clean, with mold in the bathroom and no place to hang clothes. Service and cleanliness fell short of what I expect from a Conrad property. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

This hotel has very good staff team. The location is super convenient. It has a door directly to access to shopping mall and subway. There is lots dinning choice around.
