The hotelrooms feel like they need a drastic make over. The AC doesn’t really work well either. But the staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The location was perfect and the breakfast / coffee was really good.

A great stay, staff are very helpful and spoke good English, good location by the metro station.

This hotel was perfect for our week in Beijing. Staff were always ready to help - nothing was too much. Bed was very comfortable and the pillow was so good it had me literally dreaming of ordering one to bring back to NZ! We would stay here again if back in Beijing - such good value for what it cost us.

We visited the hotel during a busy period and getting in required going through security. It was a fairly quick process however. We also had an issue with housekeeping not doing a great job making up our room. The bed would be lumpy and on one occasion it was made over a bathrobe instead of moving the bathrobe to make the bed. I told Tom the front desk staff and they were great. They really tried to rectify the situation and make sure we were happy/comfortable even though it really wasn’t their fault.

Good service especially the chef & manager at the breakfast restaurant, the waitress at the lounge during happy hour were phenomenal. They catered to our needs . However I must say that management must improve the vegetarian options & cater to the international community… look into adding North American food as well.
