Room: spacious, comfortable and clean. Surroundings: convenient stores and various dining options Shuttle: driver s very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Overall very nice hotel. Will stay with them if coming to Shanghai again.

Good hotel if you're from China. I would not recommend it for foreigners; they hardly speak English. Room service (simple sandwich) took over an hour. Someone was brushing the carpet - machine noise - in the hallway outside my room at 1AM in the morning.

The buffet breakfast was nice. During the rain storm, there was a ceiling leak into our room. But it was fixed the same day. Unfortunately the maintenance staff left a drill and construction dust in our room. We had to consistently ask for enough towels for our whole family to bathe. Our kids had a lot of fun playing in the play room.

Very unique rooms i must say the bailman amenities we're amazing.

Best location, food & pool/spa/steam room etc are excellent. Lot of small helpful freebies are also there that makes your stay great. Would definitely recommend. Staff is very attentive & helpful They also speak more English than other places too.
