I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi connection isn’t that strong so keep that in mind when staying here.

This hotel is excellent in everything! So worth is price:) will stay again!

Good as usual, have to check prior because hotel room rate became very high, watch for movement and book accordingly. Best breakfast we have ever had there over the many times we have stayed, well done.

Only had an overnight stay. Check in was quite slow maybe it was a weekend. The key cards didnt work so housekeeping across the room had to open our room.The bathroom easily gets flooded. Water seems like coming from walls. The carpet on the 6th floor (2nd room) was stinky. The rooftop was pretty cool; the kids pool and the bar. Breakfast buffett was a so-so.

Beautiful resort , friendly staff , great food at on site resteraunts.

Buffet Breakfast is beyond expectation. Amenities are wonderful. Staff Service is world class. Highly recommended!

It was a very good stay the Breakfast was delicious.

We love this place. Staffs are amazing. Special shout out to Miguel,Laiqa,zeve, Emerson, Junrey at the F&B, Glenies at the FD, Steven at the Housekeeping, too much to mention.All of them are amzing. Excellent hotel. We will be back...
