Heart of England Adventure Vacations

This was our second stay at this Hotel, so that says a lot. Excellent location— a lovely area, away from the bustle yet within a very short walk to Victoria station transport and Buckingham Palace. Staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are well appointed and kept. Terrific breakfast at a reasonable cost.

Very nice hotel, very close to Westminster Abby, Big Ben, London Eye, Buckingham Palace and other highlights to visit. All within walking distance and close to the tube for other sites.

Excellent hotel, walking distance to train station. Easy access to all of London’s tourist sites. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure staying here.

Great, great room upgrade - thank you, loved the view! Emails prior to arrival from hotel as expected from previous stays never received (eg. % off drinks and / or food in bars and restaurant - fyi, we ALWAYS purchased the vouchers). When I queried why no emails were sent at front desk during check-in, two different members of staff tried to explain that it was to do with data protection laws (no, made no sense then or now) and I never got a coherent, logical answer despite several attempts at re-phrasing the question. Still one of my top 5 hotels in central London :-)
