The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Beware! The parking is not as advertised and cost a fortune. The room was noisy at night making sleep difficult due to noisy air conditioner. The staff at the hotel was quite unfriendly and was quite unhelpful. And most of all getting in touch with Expedia was impossible to achieve, even as I write this review they have not responded to my claims.

From check-in to check-out, I was thoroughly impressed. I've been to Fountain Blue many times, and I will continue to come back.

The hotel is on The Strip which is a really good location. The check in was good as we were able to self check in and check out so we didn't have to que. The luggage store was free which was a bonus. We stopped in the Valley Tower and the room was a good size with a small table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool. The hotel was the only one on our travels which didn't provide free coffee which is really poor as the coffee was part of the mini bar. It would benefit signage as to how to exit the hotel onto the Strip as you can walk round for ages trying to get out and if you exit via the hotel lobby you end up round the back of the hotel trying to find a safe walking route.

The room was like a basic motel room. No coffee, no refrigerator, no microwave. You had to request bed make up, towels, etc. at check in and lucky we did as you were provided just two towel set ups for two people. Friends of ours did not do this and they had to request new towels after two days. Lucky we did not spend much time in the room.
