The service is great! The room is spacious and comfortable. Location is great and quiet.

Hotel was good not great a bit tired in areas breakfast was ok a lot of selection which is good. A little too noisy at nights though if you’re on the ground floor with little kids. Bar near the pool was overpriced in my opinion but I guess that’s Singapore. I would expect slightly better facilities all around for the price you pay. If you’re after a good family hotel then ideal but I would be looking at other options if you’re after a little more opulance.

Katathani is a beautiful, family-friendly resort with excellent facilities. My daughter loved the water park, wave pool, and the pool right outside our room. Our room was beautifully decorated and very suitable for children. Unfortunately, several issues took away from the experience. Breakfast was good but extremely repetitive, with essentially the same options every day. The resort also seemed understaffed, making service feel rushed and inconsistent. Our biggest concerns were with the room. The power went out multiple times during the night, leaving the room extremely hot. The walls were also very thin, and we could hear the neighboring room clearly. Most importantly, there was a strong sewage smell in the room. After contacting the resort, someone came to spray it, but this did nothing to resolve the problem. Overall, the property and family facilities are excellent, but the maintenance and service issues need significant improvement. My daughter had a great time, but for the price and reputation of the resort, I expected a much better overall experience.
