Location was great, close to major transportation MRT and night market. Room was clean but need some update to accommodate today’s technology. It also needs some renovation as it shows some deteriorating of aging. Breakfast was great with various of food to choose from. Staff also very friendly and helpful. Quiet and very relax atmosphere with little people traffic. My third time living in this facility.

I feel like my second home ….

I had a great stay at Caesar Metro Taipei Hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which was a nice way to start the day. It is a little pricey, but they do provide a discount for hotel guests, which helps. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is clean, convenient and room is spacious. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Have free water, coffee and tea in the lobby. New regulations would not allow the hotel to provide tooth brush and toothpaste, so travelers should prepare. Otherwise very comfortable stay overall. Would stay there again.

I had a great stay! The room was clean and well-maintained, which made it very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around. I also really enjoyed the breakfast—it was a nice bonus to start the day. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location just by the MRT Central station. Staff very attentive, room very spacious, clean and comfortable but the real standout was the breakfast that both we and our kids loved - great variety, very tasty and served in their Le Thè restaurant, which offers unique atmosphere. This time we couldn’t get to try their highly praised 3-Michelin star Palais restaurant, but this came hugely recommended by our friends too. All in all, great stay and highly recommended for families with kids.

The front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient, making me feel the high standard of five-star service from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean, with great attention to detail in its upkeep.
