The property is great but be prepared to wait a long time to check in. We checked in online but the key option didn’t work so we had to wait in the extremely long and slow line. When we finally got keys, they didn’t work (leaving is basically stranded in the elevator). Other than that, it was a nice hotel. The proximity to amenities is nice.

Was a pleasant stay. Location is very ideal. Close to cafes and not too far away from trevi fountain. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Asked for a steamer and I got it. Comfortable stay overall. The room was squicky clean as well.

We had a very good stay here! The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. The hotel's location is great and surrounded by a bunch of shopping destinations. The room itself was nice, but a bit small. We thought we paid for a slightly bigger room than we got, so the size of the room was a bit surprising at first. Also, we did get our room cleaned but they did not give us towels or clean certain areas. However, our stay here was mostly positive and we would recommend staying here! Its a great location.
