직원들이 매우 친절하고 객실이 넓어서 아주 좋음. 편의점이 없는게 조금 아쉬움. 주차무료 인점도 좋음.

전용비치와 다양한 바다 액티비티 늦게까지 할수 있고 천연자연수족관이라고 칭할정도로 다양한 천연색 물고기와 게들이 사방천지임. 아이들 잡는 재미가 환상적임. 야외수영장 밤늦게까지 수영즐기면서 호텔에서 준비한 환상적인 불꽃놀이도 볼수 있어 아이들 있는 가족들에게 더할나위없는 추억이 됨. 불꽃놀이 수준이 꽤 큽니다.

Please read this if you’re considering booking.I hope I can save you wasting your time and money. The good: the pool is clean, loungers were easy to find (off-season), staff were friendly, the lobby/guest areas are nice, and the location is beautiful with small private white-sand beaches. The shuttle was also useful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. We booked afternoon tea for 1pm. When we arrived, we were told the staff member had forgotten to make our reservation. We waited 1 hour 20 minutes and received no apology or compensation. We were fully charged and had to rush our tea because of other bookings. I had to go to reception myself to point out how unacceptable this was before they offered us one day of free breakfast. If I hadn’t complained, nothing would have been done. Despite advertising English-speaking staff, the receptionist had to use Google Translate. The gym is extremely basic for a luxury resort, and booking my massage involved the receptionist handing me the phone to arrange it myself??? There is also almost NOTHING to do. No library, games room, activities, entertainment, classes, cultural talks, or even comfortable spaces to sit and relax. Outside, you essentially have the pool loungers or one plastic chair. Restaurant service was similarly poor, we repeatedly had to approach staff ourselves, because no one came over to us. This is InterContinental. I expected luxury and received a standard far below. Do not recommend at all.
