Overall, LX Boutique Hotel is a great place to stay. It's in a touristy part of town and the hotel is close to quite a bit of attractions and Time Out Market.
The front desk is staffed 24/7 and the staff were friendly and courteous throughout. I found it relatively safe to walk around at night. Just be mindful and attentive to your surroundings.
My one complaint is about the noise level. This is NOT a hotel suited for travelers that are sensitive to noise. I was on a lower floor and I don't know if that made a difference. But the bars on Pink Street played music until 6AM every day, even on the weekdays. The earplugs the hotel provided were not enough to block out the noise and unfortunately, my sleep suffered quite a bit while I was there.
If not for the noise, I would absolutely stay there again when I return to Lisbon.

This hotel has a fabulous location for a Lisbon stay. It is unique hotel with beautiful interiors, has exceptional dining options (breakfast was delicious!) and the staff that is extraordinarily helpful. We ate at the best spots with their recommendations provided by Diago and he went over and above finding out mass times for the Catholic Church on Sunday for us. We highly recommend this hotel ! It’s a great experience.

"Nice hotel and the room was comfortable. Shower floor is very slick! We placed a towel down to take a shower. The mirrors made it visually confusing. I was surprised there was not two complimentary bottles of water. You had to pay for everything."
