Front desk had notified me, awakening me to inform me that I have to move my vehicle because of her supervisor having to park so that she’s not blocked. What happened to customer needs as priority over hotel staff?? That was very inconvenient and inconsiderate let alone awakening a guest in the middle of the night.

My wife forgot her watch in the room, I emailed and never heard back. I stopped and room service claimed nothing was left behind. I will not be using bai hotel again!

We love our stay at Plantation Bay. Excellent service, great amenities. My only recommendation is to have more gluten free options in their restaurants. My daughter has Celiac Disease with Type 1 Diabetes & she has limited food selection here.
