We had amazing days staying at Kuta Paradiso. Location is very convenient and close to Markets and walking distance to shopping centre. Beach is just accross the road. Kids loved the pool. Breakfast food was great, plenty options to eat. Staff were very friendly and helpful. My sister and with the help of hotel staff gave a birthday surprise for our last day. It was a pleasant stay. Thank you Kuta Paradiso

Great facilities, unfortunately some spilt Fishguts in the restaurant caused my wife to slip and hurt her leg. Staff seemed to regret this but ultimately nothing was done.

Excellent hotel to stay at and well located close to the beach.

Access to transport and internet was good at this property. Service was average - often a question was left unanswered, rooms were not serviced till late in the day and only 1 towel per guest unless requested. The quality of meals was average on the whole although breakfast options were good. Amenities are ready for an upgrade. Whenever i book through expedia i feel I get a lesser quality room than those who book direct. We had a group of 60 staying for a reunion all of whom booked through various methods. A 3 star experience.

Wow!!! We are lost for words at how much we fell in love with this place from the view, rooms, pools, spa, food in each restaurant and mostly the staff. It was truly memorable for us and we've already decided we will come back next year with our family. Tapsir our private butler was beyond incredible and went above and beyond to look after our needs. My partner smashed his phone in the gym. Tapsir took it away, had it fixed and back within a day. Thank you so much and you have stolen our hearts for our rerun and Bali. To everyone we encountered on our stay, you all made it truly the best honeymoon

Absolutely wonderful stay in beautiful Ubud! The staff of this stunning hotel are attentive and extremely polite. The grounds are amazing- the atmosphere chilled and the food is awesome! I would for sure return to Visesa!!
